Presenter:    Alan Campbell, Waikato Regional Council

Alan graduated with a BSC in Earth Sciences from the University of Waikato. He worked on the Clutha Development Environmental impact assessment and the National Land Resource Inventory in the Bay of Plenty and Central Plateau before joining the Hauraki Catchment Board as a Soil Conservator. He has continued in a variety of roles with the Waikato Regional Council since its formation and is currently Leader of the Land Management Advisory Services Team at Waikato Regional Council. The team’s purpose is to work with the agriculture industry to improve environmental performance, and to help farmers to meet or exceed their Healthy Rivers obligations.
